We have established accounts with all the major carriers in Australia. Your order will be shipped with the most appropriate carrier depending on your location. Any orders addressed to a PO Box will not be processed. We will not authorise the payment from your credit card and the order will be cancelled.
In the unlikely event that the courier company deems your items as being lost in transit then we will send a replacement item out at no extra cost to you.

All we ask is that you return the item back to us unused and in the original packaging, making sure that the product is in the same condition that you received it in, labels still intact. If items are returned to us outside of these conditions, Access World reserves the right to not accept the delivery (it will be returned to sender) without issuing a refund.
If you do not wish to organise the return shipment, Access World will assist in organising the item to be collected on a day that suits you, just reach out to us if you need assistance.
