Shipping and Returns
We have established accounts with the major carriers to pass on the cheapest possible shipping costs with our oversized products.
Free Pickup for our Indalex range is also available for Sydney and Melbourne. Our Altech range has a Melbourne pickup only. The shipping costs for returns that are not damaged or defective must be paid for by the customer.
Some larger items may not be able to be shipped to remote areas. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information (if applicable) within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within five business days of your order, please follow up with us at email@example.com
Please note that this is a service direct from our warehouses that does not accept payment. You must pre-order through our website for your item/s to be ready.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise return shipping and replacement.
Cancellations & Refunds:
a. Returns will be accepted for faulty or defective goods.
b. Returns other than those referred to in (a) above, must be approved by Access World. These authorised returns must be freight prepaid and will only be accepted if they are in a saleable condition in original packaging. Access World reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 10% the price of the goods returned under this provision. Products specifically purchased, manufactured, machined or cut to size or to the Buyers specifications are not returnable unless they are of the kind referred to in (a) above.
To return your product, you MUST email email@example.com. We are an online only business and do not have a physical presence.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
